A Stroll in City Walk | Things to do in Dubai

My boyfriend had previously suggested that we go see Dubai Walls, a project that aims to fill the city with art.

In this case, Dubai's City Walk is a venue that is like a more high-end version of Serendra and BGC in Taguig, Metro Manila.

The wall paintings we saw can be found on the facade of different establishments in the area. The project managed to make the entire place look like one of the art galleries in Dubai, except it's in the city outdoors. The art works are actually quite impressive, though I don't think the project is already complete so I assume there will be more in the future.

Photo dump (again!) below:

This fire hydrant with a crocheted cover.

The trees behind us are also sporting crocheted covers.

When you look at the pillars from the left and right side, you can see two different faces.

One of my faves.

And then some pics of us fooling around.

Here's how some of the establishments and buildings look:
Noy said this was inspired by a honeycomb.

I have no idea what this is building/structure is, but it's beautiful.
